WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: Chair Pilates is an inclusive fitness experience suitable for all. This seated workout is designed to strengthen, stretch, tone, and align your body—all from the comfort of your chair. Targeting key muscle groups including the pelvic floor, abdominals, back, and shoulders, participants can anticipate improvements in balance, posture, and the harmonious relationship between breath and body. BIO: Monica, featured on KTLA News 5, ABC 7, USA Today, KCAL 9, and Web MD, holds the distinction of being the sole Certified Pilates Instructor worldwide with Rheumatoid Arthritis and knee replacements. Her coaching approach, In Action, draws upon over three decades of experience in HR and executive-level leadership, guiding clients towards their most cherished fitness aspirations.
