Dr. Kay Durauraj
Dr. Kay Durairaj is a Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon and Specialist of head and neck Surgery. She completed her surgical training at UCLA and is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Nada Lena is an entrepreneur, confidence coach for women, pod caster, educator and motivational speaker! She is the Founder and CEO of “Rise Up For You,”a media production and event company dedicated to empowering women. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership.
Dr. Cherilyn Lee
Dr. Lee has received many awards: the Lifetime Achievement Award for Community Service from President Barack Obama (2015); an ambassador for the Federation of Women in World Peace; NAFE: civic and governmental commendations. Her nonprofit does breast and stroke screening. Dr. Lee holds a PhD and is a certified Natural Healthcare professional.
Janet Thomas, award-winning author, emotional healing expert and founder of the Heal for Real! Movement, was once obese. She has gained and lost over 1,000 pounds in her lifetime and has maintained a healthy weight for over a decade.
Jayme Sachii is the founder and director of Ziquin Life, which provides anti-aging education and exclusive nutritional supplements. She specializes in helping people of all ages to experience health makeovers from head to toe.
Jessica Pantermuehl is known as a passionate and caring Nutrition Therapy Practitioner. She heads nutrition counseling for integrative medical practice Angel Longevity Medical Center. Certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, Jessica is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Sevag Balikian, MD
A board certified Nephrologist, Dr. Sevag Balikian was trained at UCLA-Harbor Medical Center and practices in Pasadena, Arcadia and Glendale.
Linda Clemons is the CEO of Sisterpreneur ®Inc. She is an award winning, record setting sales producer as well as a top sales trainer. Linda is certified in Analytic Interviewing and Statement Analysis ™, a process used to detect deception. Her clients and audiences include celebrities, executives, politicians and entrepreneurs.
Ruth Hopkins is a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother of 4-month-old Azana. She is a newspaper publisher, a full-time legal secretary, and president of her local sorority (AKA) who makes time for her grandkids and husband of 54 years. Ruth attributes the ability to keep her busy schedule by the grace of God and Ziquin Life products!
Dr. Gail Jackson
Dr. Gail Jackson specializes in Bio-Identical hormones by balancing in the form of worry free soft pellets. Dr. KC Tan
Dr. KC Tan is fellowship trained at Harvard in neurointerventional radiology, diagnostic neuroradiology, and vascular and interventional radiology. He treats patients with aneurysms, hemorrhagic strokes, and ischemic strokes.
Hon. Betty Yee
State Controller Yee has more than 30 years of experience in public services, specializing in state and local finance and tax policy. She is the state’s fiscal chief officer and only the tenth woman to be elected to statewide office in California history.
As a former electrical engineer in the manufacturing and agricultural biotechnology industry, KL Moore MBA engineers a customized approach to help women exude EXECUTIVE PRESENCE for leadership success. KL has taught leadership readiness skills for women throughout the U.S. She is known for her practical advice, tools & techniques that clients can use immediately in the workplace.
Dr. Wenjay Sung
Dr. Wenjay Sung is a podiatrist at Methodist Hospital and has spoken to the Arcadia community regarding fall prevention and other relevant topics. He is also on the board for the Convalescent Aid Society, which provides free loans of medical equipment.
Monica Blake, a professional Certified Coach, Owner of In Action Enterprise that specializes in Pilates Exercise Instruction, Career/Life Executive Coaching and Human Resources/Business Consulting. Monica has 20 years of Pilates experience, is diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and has had both knees replaced. She has appeared on ABC7, KCAL9 and KTLA5 news.
Dr. Ameenah Muhammad
Dr. Muhammad, a family medicine physician received her medical degree from UC Davis. She has done research in the area of cancer detection and participated in a retrospective study of the incidence of breast cancer. She has been a volunteer at a clinic that focused on women’s health issues. Dr. Muhammad enjoys working with communities and helping families develop healthy eating lifestyles.
Michelle Quach, is a Branch Manager for Wells Fargo Bank in Pasadena, CA and is active within the local community by providing Financial Health and Wellness Education.
Dr. Barbara Young
Dr. Barbara Young, a former higher education administrator and professor for the California State University system, is Founder/President/CEO of BJY Enterprises, Inc. She is a Television/Radio talk show host on the syndicated show, Transformation for Success for Voice America. Dr. Young is also President/CEO of the Success 4 U Foundation.
Mary Donnelly-Crocker holds a MA in Child Development and has been working in children’s healthcare for over 38 years. She is the Executive Director of the award-winning agency, Young and Healthy. Her current interest is the area of Trauma Informed Care.
Rev. Nolanda Love
Reverend “Elder” Nolanda Yvonne Love, a Pasadena, CA native, is dedicated to making a difference in generations. She is motivated to inspire, encourage and comfort others through her multi-faceted ministry of Music and The Word; worship leader, keyboards and song writing, preaching, teacher and author. This vibrant, passionate and most creative lady has a message of hope to share with the world through her first book, “Joy for the Journey: Heart Expressions – A Poetic Celebration;” along with her newest venture, “Love Notes” – beautifully photographed floral and scenic note cards.
Dr. Lina Akopians
Dr. Akopians received her PhD in Molecular, Cellular, and Integrative Physiology from UCLA. She completed her Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) Fellowship at UCLA/Cedars-Sinai. She is interested in the future of reproductive services, family planning, and understanding of the endocrine system. She is committed to helping patients become parents.
Liza Boubari is a Speaker, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Stress Management and Domestic Abuse Consultant. Liza is an extremely effective hypnotherapist as she resources her therapeutic training and natural inclination to empower guide her clients through difficult experiences. She delivers clear communication, sensitive and compassionate insights, and is skillfully strategic.
Kardia Pinckney is a entrepreneur, speaker and philanthropist who is committed to leading families to financial health and to live a better life. She is an Investment Adviser Representative who holds a BS degree in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Business Administration & Technology Management. She also is the co-founder and CEO of Ideal Youth Inc., a Pasadena based summer youth job training and internship program, providing youth with opportunities with Fortune 500 companies.

She founded the Center of Community Alliance for Research and Education infusing community responsiveness in the science and care at City of Hope. She had published extensively.
